Default Changing head pipe

Planning on replacing the head pipe on our '11 Ultra Limited. Cant deceide between the Fulsac X pipe and Fuel moto's 2-1-2. Anybody have any experiance with either one or both? Leaning towards the Fuel Moto ceramic coated, looks like a really high quality piece. Any opinions?

Both good products, can't go wrong with either. I went with the FM stainless version. If the ceramic version had been readily available then, I would have bought it. But there was over a two month wait which was unacceptable for my time frame. But even with the stainless version, there are no heat issues anymore. The header is noticeably lighter than the stock version, more robust up where the pipe fits into the exhaust ports, and the stock heat shields fit it just fine. Additionally, you can retain your closed-loop O2 system because the header comes with bungs for your stock 12mm sensors at the same general location as the stock header, and also bungs for the wide-band 18mm O2 sensors up near the exhaust ports (where they belong). Bung plugs are also included.

Thanks for the feedback Joe, I like the stainless version also, and looking at the dyno charts looks like Fuel Motos makes a little more torque.

I just installed the fullsac x-pipe with CFR's this past week. I can't compare with FM headers but I the x-pipe is awesome. Coated and added the dual bungs for $20 extra in case I upgrade to the wide and sensors. Got it right away with no problems and a free t-shirt. FM was more than I wanted to pay, they charge extra for the coating. But on the upside FM will provide maps for your power vision if you have it.

as far as i, and if you read around, a lot of others are concerned, fuel moto is pretty much the standard for performance outa these bikes. can't really ever go wrong with them, and if some 1 in a million situation comes up and something does go wrong, they take care of it. Don't hear bad stuff about them folks.
