Sometimes the best solutions are your own.

I mounted a car dock for my phone to the fairing.

No I used the rubber pad that they provided and the screw on the clip holds it very well

if u look at the bottom of the belt clip i drilled a hole and put a crew in it to keep it closed around a rubber pad that came with the fuel door mount. It keeps it closed and doesn't allow it vibrate either
