another fluids question
Hi all,
This isnt a typical what should I use question, I need some technical data from the manual for quantities.
I just need to know the correct amounts for each hole.
the oil, tranny, and primary.
If you could look up or if you know off hand the quantities for an 07 Road King police with the 103", 6 speed I would be greatful
UPDATE:
Ok I found all I needed so I am going to update and share so if anyone else needs the info it is easily found.
for my 2007 road king police with a 103/6 spd
The 103 touring bikes like my Road king call for 3.5 to 4 quarts full, add 3.5 and check
The tranny gets 1 qt and check level, 6 speed anyway
the primary gets one Qt and check with derby cover off and bike level. either on a lift or a block, not the jiffy stand.
all three have seperate drain plugs that have rubber o rings to inspect and replace
the two filler caps and derby cover have a gasket and crushed washers or other o rings to inspect and replace if needed.
The drain plugs have a magnet to inspect and clean.
Thats all I needed.
Thanks and good luck if this helps anyone
