I'm still leaning towards battery, since it started after you charged it. You wouldn't be the first guy to have their battery tested and be told it was good when it wasn't

Now you've got my interest up. Thanks for keeping us posted. Let us know what they find out.

Thanks,

they could not find anything wrong with the start they check battery and all the charging system * it always started for them they replace the LED which is on a common bar so they had to replace all the little LED's oil pressure high beam it cetera so I guess the next time it doesn't start if they're open I'll tell me to come and get it right now in the trailer...
Some said crank position sensor ..but my plugs were wet same time I got no fire at plugs checked with timing lite ...
Can the injectors fire if crank pos sensor not working????

If it were the CPK or injector there would be codes. Im going guesstimate that sitting in the freezing cold is the culprit. It cant get proper cylinder temp to fire when its that cold, the cold is killer on a battery, even though it load tests out (in warm temps) the cranking speed maybe too low to get it to fire, its possible your electrical connections have a fair amount of moisture causing some degree of voltage drop. The reason I say this is the dealer left it in a warm shop and everything worked fine.

On the one or two cold (29-30) mornings we got this year I'd put my shop light under the bike (which is covered) for warmth.. no problems starting as it kept the temp under the cover in the 40's. Give it a try. If problem goes away, its just too damn cold..

Are you running a tuner? I had a PCV on mine, and it wouldn't start when it was cold. I pulled the tuner out, it stated just fine.

it's been starting each morning ,,I put a timing lite on it so if it cranks and dont start ill see if there is spark or not ..to narrow it down some..I have a hunch crank pos, sensor..30 deg or below ..does somthing ..to it..

25 or 30 degrees + 20/50 oil could be the problem
