Default New shocks ordered

Well, after reading multiple post on all of the different shocks, I decided to go with 12" Works Performance Street Trackers with DRS and ARS. They surely are custom made because he asked me many questions about my weight (250 lbs of love machine) my passengers weight (140 lbs of goddess), where I ride mostly, skill level, % with passenger on back etc. Then he told me it would take 2-3 weeks.
I am looking so forward to it. The draggin baggers are beatin my azz to death.

Think you will be very happy with them. Put mine on in Dec. and only got to put 20/25 miles before the white stuff hit, The test ride I did convinced me they are good shocks.

Be sure to post when you get them installed and try them out.

Is it manditory to replace shocks? are hd that bad? One of the first things that blew me away on my bagger was how nice the hd air shocks felt.

I could have taken the Draggin Baggers off and put my stock shocks back on but I was never really happy with the stock shocks. The only thing that I can say about them is that they are better than the DB system. I have heard nothing but good about Works Performance, so that the way that I went. We'll see in a couple of weeks

I just bought a fairly new (3 hours ride time) set of the Works shocks from a member here on the forum. Same type as yours. I didn't have too many complaints with the stock setup other than some hard bumps. I've heard nothing but good about Works or Progressive shocks. I'm looking forward to seeing/feeling the improvement.

Definitely keep us posted, I am interested in your opinion on the Works shocks. Honestly, I had decided the 12" 440 HD spring was the shock for me. Change my mind...
