I installed the T/L Headlight and passing lights last spring and have put about 18000 kM on the bike with them in service. I drive at night quite a bit. I hooked the passing lights up to stay on even when high beam is on. I find the headlight on low beam in the city is fine. I use the highbeam most of the time when on the highway in the country.

A couple of observations I noticed. The highway signs lite up unbelievably bright and you see things (animals) in the ditches that you never saw before. I hazard to think how many moose and deer I passed peacefully grazing in the ditch, that I didn't know were there when I had the original halogen light installed. (Sometimes ignorance is bliss) The lines on the road and the reflectors are also very bright. When I ride with buddies at night it is a no brainer that I will be leading as my T/L's light up the road and ditches like daylight.

Forgive me if I seem to have highjacked this thread.

Kuryakyn will back up their stuff.
Take any of your stuff to them at a rally and they will generally replace if they have it in stock, other wise they will send it to you.

Just a thought, I re-aimed the spots on my Ultra after installing T/L Phase 7 set I got from Eastern Performance. The factory has the left spot pointed towards the right a little, I just pointed both spots just a few degrees outward from TDC and it works great for side fill. Just don't go too far with it. Like I said just a thought.

Great to know they are standing behind their product.
I have been very pleased with mine.
As others, I did the passing wire mod to keep the passing lamps on. All bright on for max visibility during day rides. Aiming the passing lamps was a must, as mentioned I also turned mine out a bit.
One of the first things I noticed about mine was how the reflective signs light up, even during the daytime! They really are amazing lights, great service - win/win!

I've used truck lite products for years since we run their products in a lot of our semi trucks. They've always had a good product. For anyone looking for one of these headlights Check out your local Peterbilt dealer, mine got me mine for 186 no freight. Also anyone wondering this is the exact same light as the 300$ Kuryakan one.
