I was looking at getting a tour pak for my 2012 street glide. I was looking on ebay. Will any tour pak fit with the right mount or is there a difference between a king tour pak and a ultra or classic tour pak?
Ebay used to be pretty expensive for a used product. I found Horney Toad HD did a good job for me for a new one. Got a color match TP for a competitive price.
However, Ebay seems to have some decent prices at the moment.
Though, I suspect that you would have to have the TP painted to match your bike. Cost for that? Dunno.
If you have the matching docking hardware the 53276-09A is a mount you can bolt a lot of things to. It is designed for a TP. But you can use it for many things.
Not only are there 3 different sizes 1. Razor 2. Chopped 3. King, there are also year differences. one of which is where the Tour Pack bolts to the framework. You can make the earlier units fit the later units but you'll have to drill new mounting holes and on some units shim the bottom because of how it mates to the framework.
