installed J & m fairing & saddlebag speakers & bazooka 200 watt amp on my 2010 road glide custom. sounds wonderful sitting still but begins cutting out once the bike starts picking up speed. all the wires were plug & play. how can i fix this? thanks

 

I would look to see if you have a loose connection, possibly power to the amp. If it sounds good when not moving and cuts out when in motion, seems like something is loosing connection from vibrations.

 

double check all your grounds, tighten all your connections.

 

How does that amp get its signal to turn on? What does rem wire connection look like?

 

MAke sure the ground lead is making good contact, not just tight, but has good metal contact.

Got any pics of how you installed it?

 

I have the same amp with the same problem. Did you figure out what the problem was? Just took it for a short ride tonight and noticed it cutting out. Haven't looked for the culprit yet.
