Default Wiring question??

Can someone please tell me the gauge of the wires that come off the maxi-fuse on an 04 Ultra? I'm re-wiring my '03 and eliminating the breaker. Cant seem to find the answer in the manuals. HD Service tech was no help - he said, "why are you doing that?" HA!! I hung up on him.
Thanks in advance for the help!

#10 AWG, If you can use #8 AWG go with #8 for less resistance.

By eliminating the breaker won't you be chancing a over load on the circuit ?

I missed that, don't eliminate the breaker unless your breaking up the load into multiple breakers. That's a good way to melt your bike down to a useless chunk of metal.

Thanks for the info! Bad choice of words on original post: i am actually replacing the breaker with 50A Maxi-fuse setup. Much more reliable.
