Hey gang,
I'm at a dilema and can't figure which one to do first. I have two projects I want to do, but can't financially do both. I have a 2011 RKC with Stage one done already. I want to do a cam upgrade using Andrews 54 cams. Other project is 16" ape hangers. My stock handlebars are not uncomfortable, but I do like the aesthetics of the apes, and the feel when riding. But I also want the extra punch of the cam work. I plan on one project this year the other next year. Thought I had my mind made up, but now am him-hawing between the two. So do I do aesthetics and handling or power/performance first? What u say? Thanks!
You are all making strong points to the apes. Not to mention on the RKC they look sweet! On top of it, I did get a bump in HP and torque doing the stage 1 last year. Although I am somewhat stunned that no one has said the cams yet.
