Short answer, NO. Cams need to be matched to the engine. Andrews makes different cams for 88 (26)-95 (37)-96 (48h)-103 (57h) engines for a reason. As a rule larger engines can use more duration and lift without getting lopey or losing bottom end.

The primary reason you won't want a cam designed for a 96 / 103 is the stroke is different than your motor. The older grinds that were designed for your motor are a better option.

If I had an 88" I would punch it to 98" and run the Andrews 37. That will put you just over the 100/100 mark and be a very rideable machine.

Go with Andrews 21--earliest torque of the popular cams which you'll appreciate 2-up.
