Did you install the bearings in the correct sequence? The book says to seat the left bearing first (opposite from valve stem) then install the sleeve and the right bearing. This may be your issue.
It spins freely with no calipers on it. I'll take it out tomorrow afternoon and get see if it loosens up. Like I said, I'm going to put on Lyndall Gold's on Monday and re-clean the calipers. Hopefully that will loosen it up a little more. Thanks for the help!
I've read 100 comments like this before.... Never read "hey man, that looks good. Don't add any more chrome" hahaha We are bad for each other. For the record, I was thinking the same thing :-)
oh yeah, almost forgot - looks awesome!! I don't know about the white walls tho :-)
Installed the Lyndall Gold's today and really spread the pads before I put the calipers back on. Wheel spins like a dream now. Thank you for all of your help! Now to count my stash I have saved for the chromed lowers to see how much more I need to save.
Back in Feb I ordered a HD wheel, rotors tire and installation kit from LSHD. I got the tire and rotors and the installation kit was on backorder and came a week or two later. The wheel was backordered until April 6. I fugured I can wait but then it was April 26 and now it is June 16th. They are now comming from China so who really knows now. Bill was nice anded me a chance to cancel for a refund. I asked about the Items which I have received but can not use without the wheel because if I get a wheel refund I am not getting a HD wheel. Bill said there would be a 20% restocking fee. I consider all items as part of the wheel and thought it should all be eligle for a refund. One dealer said he seen it go for over nine months in the past and they already charged my card. What do you guys think?

I think they should make an exception and not charge a 20% fee. If you just changed your mind, sure, restocking fee. But this seems out of your control, and although it might not be their fault either, they keep giving you different dates, and should let you scrap the whole deal IMO..... This is why I hate ordering online. I save a ton of $$, but I hate dealing with this crap.

Really well! Cleaned the calipers and put the new pads on. Wheel moves freely. Took a little ride today in mid 40's temp with a cold 20 mph wind. See the attached pic.
