Default Turn Signal Problem

I have a question I hope you can help me with on this 09 Street Glide.

The right turn signal works perfectly. The left turn signal all 4 ways come on! Additionally on the the left turn signal, the red key on the speedo flickers as the 4-ways flash!

I have swithched out all the bulbs. Any ideas??

Thank you,

Well, the red key is not supposed to flash along with the emergency flashers.

Has this condition mysteriously just cropped-up after a period of normal operation OR have you recently changed bars OR have you recently added that Thundermax ECM?

When you post problems such as this, it helps if you can give a brief historical review of how those systems have performed in the past, any changes made to the bike since then, and when you noticed the change.

Almost seems like you have a pinched wire, or grounding issue, but LCJ's right - need more details...

Check your DTCs. You probably have at least one and it will help you isolate the problem.

also you can try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes. The TSSM might just be in a "freaked out" stage and needs to be reset.

It's obviously the new oil.

Sorry, have never really grown up.
