Just got back from a weekend trip to Milwaukee to visit the HD museum and the original plant on Juneau St. All I can say is wow, well worth the visit. Took my 12 year old son and a couple of riding buddy's and we had a hell of a time. Took about 3 hour's to go through the museum and ate at the restaurant at the museum. Not much to see at the original plant, but was interesting to see and walk around. If anyone is debating about making the trip it is worth the drive.
A group of us rode up from St.Louis last memorial weekend. I would very much recommend going. It was a blast. The museum is way cool to see. Also memorial weekend this year I believe is the 110 anniversary rally. (Check this I may be wrong) Last year for the 109th there were vendors and live music at all the dealerships etc... It was awesome riding from dealership to dealership. Not to mention the museum, had bike shows and vendors there also. A lot of bikes and al lot of fun.
