Started heritage bar swap on my 2013 RGC. Much easier to take apart than I thought. Couldn't have done it with out help from this forum. You guys rock . I will post some pictures of the finished product.

I started my Bar swap on My RK yesterday..going to Heritage type bars...
I also have the Heritage Bars if I want to try them.
Heritage taller than Stock Road King...

So I finished bar swap last night. Started cleaning everything off and the bars are scratched to hell. Called the dealer and told him about it said bring em in. I told him had them on the bike already. "Oh" he says well ill have to talk to the manager about that. FFS

Yup! Live and learn. Have to inspect your parts before you install them. Could have happened somewhere at the dealership or packaging level, could have happened in your garage. Who knows.

Why would someone change bars and not internally wire them?
