I have the Stop and Go kit as well. Works great. Had to plug my rear tire and got the remaining 5K of mileage out of the tire. Checked air pressure every week and it never leaked. Have a small 12V compressor in the saddle bag.
Take care,
Dave

I have had one of these kits for years and it has never failed me on the bike, car or dirt toy. We recently took a 150 mile Rhino trip through the southwest Arizona desert and within the first 20 miles I had three cactus flats. Used this kit on all three leaks and finished the last 130 miles without a pound of air loss out of any of the holes. I really like the kist but an small air compressor is the way to go because getting the air hose/CO2 cartridge hooked up to the back tire was a PITA.

The Slime kit I referred to is the plugs, glue and tools, not the Slime goop.

Seems like good feedback on the Stop & Go kit. I will look into that. Thanks guys. You still think a small compressor may be better than the CO2 cartridges, or is a combination of the two the way to go?

Ultimately, when you fill a tire with Co2 you'll have to find a compressor in the next couple days. The Co2 will leach out of the tire based on the elemental make up. I don't mean to tell you that the tire will go flat, but it will need topping up.

I see that Stop & Go also sells a kit that includes their own mini 12v compressor, and it's even smaller than the one from Slime. Anyone have any experience with that unit?

I'm actually in the market for a kit too. That Stop & Go kit w/ the compressor looks like win/win.
