Fuel Tuning Rk Opinion
I have bone stock 2009 RK no Cat.
All I want is better sound...so bought Cheapo Knock off slip-ons.
I have Xied here on my desk but haven't installed them.
All I want is a happy cooler motor not really looking for any more performance.
I drive like a Old Lady...
I can change Air Cleaner. but don't need to unless that's what I need to do.
I don't want to deal with dealer/tuners/dynos/ect.
How do I know the bike isn't running to lean ect...
What is simple way to make bike happy and ride it with more sound than stock but not window breaking.
Inputs from those who have similar set-up and what you and bike are happy with.

I also have an 09 Road King, no cat. I installed a set of American Custom slipons with their interchageable baffle system, no other mods, just to get the "Harley sound" right. I ended up using their mid range baffles but got a slight decel pop so I added a V&H Fuelpak. Problem solved. As far as heat goes, I never felt that it was a huge issue. I added a Captain Itch (forum sponser) Crotch Cooler, problem solved!
