Default Gerbing's Permanent Temp Controller

I'm installing Gerbing's Dual Permanent Temp-Controller on my 2007 FLTCHU. I have already installed the 2 switches on the front fairing, but I am having difficulty finding a place to mount the control box given the limited battery cable length and engine heat. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I crammed mine just in front of the battery towards the gas tank.

What he said. Mines in front of the battery in that cavity. Fits fine even with all the other additions I've made. Love having the controls on the ignition cap!

I've got a backrest, and I mounted the box under the backrest bracket. Fills the empty space, and the bracket protects the box from getting smashed.

I used Warm & Safe switch, witch work fine with Gerbing. Mounted the permenant controller in the switch panel in the lower left part of the panel. I ran the plug under the fuel tank and under the seat and it sticks out at the back of the seat.
