Look great and you'll like the exhaust change as well. Enjoy the many miles ahead of you.

It is a Heart of Dixie tag. Great guys in there. They put up with me kicking tires for 2 months without high pressuring me, and gladly answered all my dumb questions.

I was in Auburn Thurs. Fri., and Sat. morning and stopped by the Montgomery store on the way home Sat. They were having some kind of charity ride, and I didn't get to meet anybody there as it was super busy. They had a kick azz looking Street Glide with Freedom Duals and Slipons that got me to thinking in that direction, but in the end, I had to go with my chrome RK. I had test ridden both, and that is the ones I rode pictured above. The one I bought, and the red Street Glide. Someone mentioned "and of course it's black". Yeah, it's just black, but it's MY black RK! Not that I have to justify it, but I did consider other colors. All 3 options! Love the midnight pearl too, but meh, not enough over black, and it's so close to black, it's black in all but the brightest light. The orange over beer bottle, with a distressed brown leather seat was a serious consideration, and it would have needed chromed wheels to complete the look, so that was a lot more money, and I know me... someday, I would have tired of it, and wanted another "less conservative" look. I avoid red/crimson at all costs. (redeye, you may can figure out why) So, it was black, and on an RK it looks good to me.

Thanks for the welcome guys! I'm giddy about the bike.

I was so torn between SG, and RK! I had been looking for 6 weeks. Reading here, and other stuff online every night, losing sleep! It drove me crazy. It's my first bike since I was 19 riding a Suzuki GS450 to school and work. Have not ridden since, and I walked in to the HD store one day in Feb., just killing time, and here I am today! I'm crazy! All the memories of riding with my father as a passenger on road trips from the time I was 6 came back. All the paint and chrome got to me. Seeing all the groups of guys and women riding having a great time on beautiful days, and I'm hooked, and ready to go! Didn't get out of the dealership til 5pm yesterday, and only managed to turn the odometer to 100mi before it got too late and cold to ride anymore. Headed up today to get an appt. to install the A/C and pipes.

Indeed sir...War Damn Eagle! You can never go wrong with black. Every so often I will ride down to Heart of Dixie on a Sunday afternoon just to talk to folks and hang out. Feel free to let me know if you're gonna be over there sometime. I don't need much of an excuse to get on the scoot and ride! Enjoy that beast!
