If you are into wine, or if you just love beautiful riding country, head north from PA through the Finger Lakes region on your way to the NYS Thruway. Route 14 from Elmira to Geneva is nice, asare any of the highways in the area.
If you decide to stop at the wineries for tasting, bring some self-control, or you'll be wasted before you get to theTway for sure!
Hello,
Well i live in Vermont and I have been to Laconia and Americade in Lake George NY. Laconia is always the week of fathers day which looks like the 10th-17th ofJune. Americade is the week before Laconia. There are actually Motorcycle races at the New Hamshire International Speedway which is in Loudon New Hamshire. I often take my boys on fathers day to the race. Although they don't have the big guys to race anymore it is still great racing and fun if you haven't seen them before.
The white Mountains in New Hampshire is also great if you have the time. There are a lot of great rides in New England. The Maine coast is nice also and you could see some light houses if you are in to that.
Well enjoy and have fun and be safe!
dduring your time in Pa if you find yourself on I80 west get off the berwick exit and take 11/15 north about a mile. Place called Bills bike shop. Around back the guy has one great museum takes a few hours to see the whole thing right...if you have any bros ridinn older bikes this place has parts galore still in oem box.
I live in Front Royal, if you break down call me. I like rt.219 out of southern West Virginia, Jump on Rt.33 over to Harrisonburg, Va. (A great road by the way) and eat at Panos'. Double back on Rt.33 over to 219 and head north to Deep Creek lake, Md. for lunch at Honi-Honi. Bikers and a band right on the lake if it's a Saturday. Then continue north on219 to the Flight93 crash site (911) in Shanksville, Pa.. This would nbe a looong day or a nice day and a half.

If you are going to be entering NYS via Rt 15/Interstate 99 you will not be far from 2 of the finger lakes. You can take Rt 414 from Corning, NY right to downtown Watkins Glen, and take the east or west side of the lake. Seneca Lake is about 35 miles long. Or you can run over to Bath, NY and take a trip up and around Keuka Lake. Both are a nice ride. You can even sort of do both, Take the West side of Seneca, and cut over the hill and catch the top side of Keuka, and come back down the West side of Keuka. Makes for a very nice ride.

Falls, cross into Canada, then continue east, hit Kingston Can., then cross at 1000 islands and hit Alexbay NY,, awsome,,, then your 1 1/2 hr from me,, we can hook up and go to Lake Placid NY, home of the 80 olympics,, and Team USA hockey champs,,,wicked ride! let me know for more details!!!
