Actually I was reading a post in the DYI section on polishing the lower sliders. I am going to give it a try while there is still snow on the ground here.

They are the stock mags chromed, when I got my bike it was a dealer option where yu give them your take offs they put on a set and send yours out to get chromed and your go to the next guy.
dougbk - My dealer has the same kind of option for the chrome wheel exchange. If you dont mind me asking what was the cost there.. I am just trying to get an idea if they are a fair price here.
