I want to mount a flag in the back of the luggage rack. The rack looks to be 5/8". Can anyone recommend a great flag mount that won't scratch?

Go to wingstuff.com, they have them pretty cheap if you don't mind buying from a Honda site.

 

Seems like all their stuff is Kuryakyn. Does Kuryakyn make a good flag mount?

+2 on Propad. Real solid and you get a mount that is exactly the right size for the bar you want to mount it on.
I have found you can get their products a few bucks cheaper on Amazon than by ordering from their site, too.

 

Agree with Propad, great product. I have two installed on my tourpak, fold down version when the cover is installed.

The billet flag mounts sold at wingstuff are propad.I purchased 2. That fold down when need be like putting a bike cover on.The 2 cost me less than $100.00

 

went thru a couple a different mounts which just didnt cut it. Then found propads and its the cats heiny.
