Before yall get to abusing me about T-BAG threads already being on this forum, please read my post.
Just wanted to give a good word about T-BAG's.
Last June I purchased a windshield bag from T-BAG's for my SG. Anyway, a few months ago, the middle cover began to crack. After looking here and on their Web site, I decided that mine fell within the 'Limited Warranty' so I called for a return authorization.
Best part - a guy named Nick said to just send a picture and a copy of the receipt to their e-mail address, which I did. Within an hour I had a message that the e-mail was received and that I would have a new set the next day.
It was here yesterday afternoon, what can I say, that is great warranty service!!!
That's nice to know. I have a number of T-Bags products, The bad is they are way past warranty, the good is they still look and work great. The ones that get the most use is the RK Windshield bag and the Super T-bag.
According to their Web site, their bags are 'Limited Lifetime' meaning that they will replace them as long as YOU own them and they were purchased thru a supplier of theirs. I got mine from J&P.
On another note. The new ones are not as stiff and difficult to get my fingers in.
Maybe they changed the material some.
It says on the sticker that they were designed in the USA but....wait for it.... manufactured in China, go figure.
Don't really matter, the warranty is what counts.
Just so hard to find stuff made here anymore.
