Backrest change
For information purposes only, I have no relationship other than as a satisfied customer.
One can contact SAC:

They will change the backrest pouch at no charge. Not sure how shipping charges work out on this.
Takes a week or 10 days.
OR:
Cut out the label from your SAC bag (they accept any of SAC's logos over the past 20 years and even their competitors)!
Fill out the SAC Buyback Ticket Form and mail it back to them with the cut out label.
Receive your SAC Loyalty Rewards Voucher via e-mail.
Bring your SAC Loyalty Rewards Voucher to your local dealership to apply discount or enter it at checkout on their website.
I HAVE NO AFFILIATION WITH SAC.
Have their products, like them, they work well, their warranty is what it says, I have had them warranty an item, no issues. JMO

I am interested in the bag. Trying to understand how you access the bag. Is there one opening or is there another under what looks like a flap mid way between the bottom and the zipper section. If its not a big problem can you post a pic or two of the access into the bag.
