Rineharts or RC slip ons

Rineharts or RC slip ons
2012 SG stock pipes.
Looking to just add slip on's don't want to decat the stock headers and do not want to do a tune.
The Rinehart site said that no ECU adjustment necessary with their 4" slip ons.
But RC doesn't say either way about an ECU adjustment.
The dealer tells me that no ECU adjustment or tune necessary when using any slip on.
When I ask them to put that in writing so my warranty won't be affected by aftermarket mufflers they tell me they can't.
So what do you guys think, should I go with the Rineharts or the RC 4" slip ons?
Do I need a tune using the RC slip ons, and how does it affect the Harley factory warranty?

No you don't need a tune and the only thing the factory warranty will not cover are the slip-ons themselves. I love my RC pipes.
If I had a questionable warranty issue (ie. engine blew from detonation) I might take the 20 minutes to put the stock ones back on before taking it in. The dealer won't make that promise in writing as it is not their warranty, it is HD's
