I have a 2008 Roadglide Andrews 37 cams, SE adjustable pushrods, Stage 1 AC, Rush 2.00 Slipons, Power Commander III, Vance and Hines Throttle Pack, Iridium plugs been dyno'd at cycle solutions. When you get it warmed up it will intermittently will stall at idle or coming to or taking off from an idle, plus it will sometimes start hard any suggestions?
One device I think is a fuel enricher (throttle pack) and the other is a more in depth device. Having both would confuse each other and could cause the problem. For example...your commander is saying the bike is to rich so it pulls back the fuel. Then the throttle pack is seeing that and increasing it and it gets in a cycle where eventually it just not enough to keep running.
Get rid of the throttle pack and run the commander.
I would try the advice of Frogprince. I have the same basic setup but run one and only one tuner - stick with the PowerCommander - look for an up grade (here in the parts for sale) for a PCV retrofit or call Jamie at FM. Too many tuners is like too many cooks in the kitchen - not good.
I agree got to get rid of one of the tuners preferably the V&H throttle pac, not a very good tuner at all. If you can step up to a PCV retro from Fuel Moto a much better tuner and a step up from the PC3, you could also consider going SERT
I can't believe any1 would even tune a bike with 2 tuners on it with out removing 1 of them.
Also When starting a bike with a PC3 or PC5 you want to have your run/kill switch in the off position. Turn the key on flip the run/kill switch on and immediately hit the starter do not wait for the injectors to prime or the lights to go out.
