]My last winter mod was to list my 2000 HD on Craigslist, and buy this one. Got a great deal, but felt bad. The original owner had a stroke last year and can no longer ride. Thought he was gonna cry as I rode away.
Only 10K miles, original owner, rinehart pipes, PCIII.
My 2000 FLHTCUI had alot more bells and whistles, but most I never used anyway. I ride solo 99.9% of the time.
So give us more details and a few more pics of the new ride!
And don't feel bad. You're giving that motorcycle the life it never would have had with its previous owner.
I don't know if you still have the 2000, but when I moved from my 99' Ultra to my 06' Road Glide, I had both of them from ther end ofAugust until Easter.
Took the time to move over all the stuff I like from the Ultra and get ride of all the stuff I didn't wan to n the Road Glide.
Then I sold the Ultra.
It worked for me.
