Default thunder header hitting frame

My brother has a 2005 ultra classic, over the winter he had the motor torn down to where it was just the bottom end. He finished getting it back together except now his thunder header is hitting the frame on the front cylinder and he can't figure out why. Only other thing he did was installed one of the frame stiffener things that go on the back to stiffen the swing arm.

He's positive it wasn't hitting last year, and thinks it could be that the gaskets are to thick and causing it not to sit all the way in.

Any one else have some thoughts?

thanks

Front motor mount may be shot. That would allow the engine to sit lower In the front and cause the pipe to contact the frame. Other than that, I'm stumped...

Not the motor mount, he installed a new one and it was still hitting.

Any other thoughts?
