After a second look I think you're right. It does look a bit askew. I hope it was tied off properly and nothing happened to his new bike. How bad would that suck?!?!

I think in 2010 they changed the angle of the fairing to accommodate the vented lower fairings used on the batwing bikes. My 07 had the fairing tilted back towards the rider and could only use the non vented lowers specific to Road Glides.

Great color by the way....
