I have the same chrome peeling problem on my monster round end caps, right at 6 mo old. I called the dealer and they said V&H want a pic to see if they have been damaged, turn rub, curb etc. Its been a week and still no word, but I will post the out come as soon as I find out.
Note: I lost interest in V&H about 13 years ago when I was running long shots on an FLSTC and the heat shield clamp weld broke, and shield rattling and they would not stand behind their product. So I trashed them and went with Supertrapp and love that pipe. Now on my new FLHTK I want style and performance and I am hoping that customer service now means customer service. Last chance for V&H for me and I will let everybody know!
