Has anyone tried to contact Bagger nation recently? I have been calling for the past 3 days to inquire about 16" monkey bars and the associated cables need for the install but after leaving messages I still haven't heard from them.
As a matter of fact, when I called today their mailbox was full. Wondering if there is a problem with their business.
I have heard him say that if you have an awesome product that you do not need to answer phones, or have good customer service, because they will buy it anyway!

When I tried it did take 3 days but finally did get a return call
With AZ Bike Week happening "right down the street" you're lucky if the shop was even open! Same goes for the rest of the locals...Task, Nassi, Sinister, etc.
I ordered a 21" front wheel from Yaffe about 9 weeks ago. I'm going to give them 2 more weeks to come through or call me, then I'll take my business somewhere else like Eastern Performance. Just really like that Yaffe wheel, starting to wish I never saw it.
