I had the rineharts TD on my 07 ultra and took them off and went with a 2-1 D&D fat cat exhaust to me and this is JMO the rineharts were a little to mellow for me i like that nasty harley rumble and mine just didnt have it i had the complete rinehart set up not just slip ons when i went to the 2-1 it took me a little getting use to on the one pipe out the back but the sound is wonderful to me at least i agree go to a bike night or somekind of run youtube IMO is hard to really get the full experance of what a pipe sounds like hear them in person and base your choice there. also figure out the sounds your shooting for and if sound or power is what the goal is for me the 2-1 hit both my goals more power and better sound

I love the sound of mine! Nice deep tones without being obnoxious loud. They do get louder as miles tick away. Crank on the throttle and they really sound nice. If you want almost obnoxious go with 3.5". Either way can't go wrong with Rinehart

I think the 4" are the best sound around. I was at JP Cycle open house last year and was able to hear Rinehart vs. V&H Ovals and twin slash. All sounded great. The Rinehart was just a tad deeper. Loudness was about equal. You can't go wrong with these pipes IMHO.

They sound great Deep Low Rumble.....................
but they have a 2 1/4" baffle which is too loud for me.
I prefer a 2" baffle and their only option is to go to an even louder 2 1/2" baffle.
