Are you talking about the ones that go out to the speakers?

If so they are pretty east to get at with the faring off. HD left them off of my bike when they put my hawg wired speakers in. Hawg wired also told me they aren't needed. Ymmv. I am going to make a bracket and put mine back on

Those are the ones that the radio bolts to and actually mount the inner. I'm thinking big PITA!

Default weld it

mine was split at both speaker and vertical bracket i just took them out and welded them with a mig. its not hard at all its just a jigsaw puzzle if your not much of a wrench take a few pics at each stage of dis assembly. if u dont have a welder take them to a muffler shop they usually have a mig

Or just buy some L Brackets and bolts and fix it that way. Cheaper than new brackets and is much stronger. The other option is to purchase a kit from Ragan Fab Works. Still cheaper than new brackets and takes the guesswork out.

There are a ton of threads about using L Brackets and the Ragan kits.

+1 on the repair kits. All four of mine were broken. Stereo need ed to be repaired too... excessive vibration damage.
