I fixed mine before they were broke.
Reinforced them with baggerparts.com for the verticals and ragan's for the horizontals.
Figured it was just a matter or time.

I'm very experienced with pulling this fairing apart and it's contents. I changed my inner fairing out a few months ago and never would have tried that without the service manual.
You can do a search for a post by bubbas1 that is a step by step for replacing inner fairing. Skip the replacing part of it and use only the parts you need to accomplish your goal.
