Vox modular touring helmet

Anyone try one of these helmets? If so how did they work?

Seems a little to inexpensive for that type of helmet. I have two flip helmets,a Shoie and an Caberg, one cost $300 and the other was $500. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and a helmet is where I do not go cheap! But, I always wear a full face also, so I guess I am not the typical turtle shell HD rider.
