Check steering head bearing for starters as well as tires.

You might consider adding a frame brace - search the subject on the forum lots posted about this. I put the Progressive Touring Link on my 08 RKC, great improvement.

stabilizers are good but...check the steering head bearings and even swing arm bushings and motor mounts first.

You have experienced one of the main reasons that "bagger braces" are popular add-ons especially on the pre-09 frames. If you Google "bagger brace" you will probably find out more than you ever wanted to know and then have trouble making a decision. I opted for the Progressive link because the part that mounted to the frame was made of steel, not aluminum. I's certain aluminum is up to the job, but dis-similar metals in contact with each other tend to corrode. I didn't want the brace mount or that part of my frame turning to powder over the years. It was also among the more competitively priced options.

As others have mentioned, be sure the basics are healthy first, then with the brace things should be more stabile than you have yet experienced.

There are various things that can contribure to the wobble, including poor tyre wear, low tyre pressures, swingarm bushings worn, engine rubber mounts worn, steering bearings out of adjustment or worn. Check all of those, then read my bagger wobble thread.

2011 RKC, just like yours, and well maintained. 19,000 miles under every riding condition you can think of. No wobble or hint of wobble. Ever.

Have the maintenance items others have mentioned checked. Start with the easiest one--tire inflation. You don't need a frame brace on a 2011.

I don't know what your experience level is, but I think many newer riders do a "death grip" on the bars in a long sweeper and even try to steer (as opposse to relaxing and trusting the countersteer). If you think you fit that category the "wobble" will go away with experience.
