I bought a set from Eastern Performance Cycles that are advertised as "ERGO". They do feel much better than my stock ones. They are nicely chromed and have a shape that can be described as an easy narrow leading edge profile to get your hands on more easily. They also have a double slot for increased grip. I like them.

A hydraulic clutch sounds like something to look into as well.

Boss blades by kuryakyn are wider and a little more contured. I like mine and they seem a little closer to the grips.

This is what I got on my 2010 FLHTCU. Them and 440mg of Naproxin and I do pretty good.

I also have the Kuryakyn ISO grips too. I love them!

Was going to suggest the same ones, they seem to be closer and a bit easier to pull for me as well. That along with the foating rotors I put on the front, makes the brake real easy.
