Vibration when hot

I have an 06 stage 1 88, and I am getting a vibration/shake from what feels like my engine. I feel it when I get off the throttle when it is idling down. It only does it once its hot or at normal operating temp. At first I thought I had a warped front rotor (that's what it feel like) but it does it wether brakes are engaged or not. Makes no difference if clutch is pulled or not.

Could it be a worn out rubber mount? What else can be causing this?

BTW This just stated since I got it out of winter storage. No new parts were put on over winter other then a new battery in this spring.

Could be the old gas ,motor not running right . I would fill up with shell v power or sunoco hi test add a shot glass of startron. see if that works . check plugs. Check your torques on motor and trans mounts. Make sure no mice got into anything. (Air cleaner ,check wires etc. Check your tires maybe flat spots from setting ,air pressure Good ? Air pressure in air shocks ? I always check easy stuff first. Good luck

Check your front motor mount while the bike is running. Look at it from the bottom. The rubber will tear and the motor will shake and make excessive noise. If it's bad, you should see it.
