I've been thinking about getting this myself. I found this when looking for opinions on it:

I still haven't bought it yet but the reviews in this thread look good.

I have the DVD and think it's great. Show's how to repair and maintain lots of stuff on your bike. I'drecommend it.

I got the 1st DVD Fix my hog which was pretty good but expensive, unless you have the mods that there putting on in the new DVD it's useless. Check out there web site and research the DVD that you want before you buy. If I was to do it again I wouldn't. It's not worth the money, For $ 20.00 yes but not worth what there charging.

Got mine on ebay cheaper also. I think it is great because you can actually see something being done in case you don't understand something in the manual. I'm getting the new one for free because I won their promotional contest

Got the touring dvd about a year ago. It isn't necessary, but it is useful, and at just a little over half what a dealer charges for an hour's labor, it's not a bad deal.

I have the Touring DVD and think it's worth every penny. They explain things very well, give lots of extra tips and show you the camera angles and shots that you want to see. I'm no wrench, but if I can watch someone do it and explain it, I can do it too. This DVD gave me the confidence to plan on doing my own service from now on.

I ordered the service manual and should be here next week. It also has pictures and heard it was very good. Only paid $52 including shipping from ChicagoHD.

Ride safe,
