And I got the lo down as to what the touch Screen will control. Ok I'll tell. It will have different level of rider skills and one of the functions will be Moto cop skills. I send my deposit in.
This is from a source at the motor company who recently left to work for a competitor. The 2014 touring bikes will get a redesigned dash layout which will have a touch screen display. Water cooled is coming in 2015. Remember where you read this.
So realistically, we will have to wait for the 2020 model to get one that is reliable!

He's right... I heard the very same thing from Doc when I took the Delorean to 88 Mphs. He said in 2014 people will carry telephones in their pockets, we'd have elected a black president to two consecutive terms and Harley's would have touch screen control panels and this crazy thing called a liquid-cooled internal combustion engine. It could happen...

"I’m not at liberty to tell you about new models—I’d lose my job!—but there are certain advantages to a liquid-cooled engine. We’re well aware of that. But there’s a certain visual about a Harley-Davidson that’s recognized and really loved and embraced by a lot of people. We want to maintain that look. The V-Rod doesn't need fins. That engine could look like a water pump. But, no! It’s a beautiful engine, right? If you’re going to transition, it should be something that still visually connects; you can’t go from round to square. A radiator is a very difficult thing to design around, but we faired it in on that V-Rod, so it’s a fairly nice shape. As designers, we can probably handle either direction, but we just need to be very cautious."-Willie Davidson
Doesn't sound like a "definitely NOT" to me. The Dealers meeting is going to be interesting
