Water cooled- who cares?
Touch screen- who cares?
Turbo jet packs- who cares?
The REAL IMPORTANT question is;

"Are they gonna offer any bike in Black"?

+1; I think it will be akin to the way BMW did it on the new R1200 (OK, they changed a LOT on that engine/trans/clutch; I simply meant the concept of integrating water cooling for the head and retaining air cooling for the remainder)

found this on the harley website, i guess the OP was on to something here after all. although MOCO has to use speed limiter to maintain 87 MPH to prevent time travel. power commander is working on a tuner already to fit the issue, calling it the 1.21 gigawatt tuner

Just talked to my local dealer, 2014 Roadglide will be available with new water cooled 111 cu. thunder stroke shaft drive power train. Electric cooling fan in front of the radiator will assist in cooling on hot days.
