I am getting mine for a fraction of what the equivalent Snapon or other major brand would go for. I priced this toolbox with snapon for over 10K. I am paying less than a third of that and quality and warranty surpasses the snapon. It is too bad that it is in Korea and if I need service in the states I will be screwed.
How did you arrive at 600mm deep? That's only 23.6" which is kind of narrow for boxes that big. Not shooting it down or anything, just wondering if you have a depth you needed to conform to? What is the spec for drawer capacity in lbs and what is the box weight empty in lbs? Looks good!
I recently bought this set and I am happy with it, it comes with a big wide handle for the bottom box (end), drawer liners and tubular keys (top and bottom box keyed alike) it is very high quality prolly as good or better than snap-on or Mac, a million times better than anything sears makes, drawers are rock solid and have nice ball bearing races, the top box has gas charged cylinder assist opening, there is a heavy plastic (around 1/4" thick) cover for the bottom box to use as a work area if you decide to not stack the 2 boxes...and come with free shipping (I am sure shipping would have been alot as the beast weighs more than 500 Lbs. all together)...I am in no way connected to the company and just giving my personnal input here...
Nice!! One day, maybe!!
I was just thinking that I would like to have a big tool chest such as those, along with a new home with an attached garage as opposed to walking a half of a block to it as I have to do now, along with an office or computer room right in the garage. Factor in a fridge and a coffee maker, bathroom too!! lolol..
How many got that set up, I wonder? I'll bet a few do..

Normal doors in the US are about 36inches wide.
I have one of those here in Korea in my Hangar. When that door is opened the width is decreased solely for the door does not open past the 90degree angle. So the measurement is only 33 inches. Then subtract room for the hands on each side to the toolbox which is about 2 inches total and you are left with 31 inches of space to go in and out.
The price difference from a 30 inch tool box to a 24 inch was too great to justify for just a few extra tools.
I need to put the toolbox inside office space generally using 36inch doors. Sometimes there are double doors but not always the case.
180LBS drawer capacity. I saw the manufacturer open a drawer completely and get up on a stool and stand inside the drawer. I was AMAZED by it.
