Wolo Bad Boy...
Does changing the shock horn out to the Wolo BD Boy require any additional wiring/relays or is it pretty much "plug and pray???"

Yes, it requires a relay which is supplied.
Four wires from the relay -
Two current horn wires
One wire from the battery +
One to the Wolo
The Wolo also requires you to run a ground.
Very easy install - the hardest part for me was finding a place to put the horn.

Where did you mount yours??? Thinking 'bout "hiding" it under the Tour-Pak...
You need a relay. On my other bike I used the OEM horn button wire to trip the relay, and a dedicated hot wire from the battery to power the horn. BTW, the Wolo horn can be separated into two parts (horn and compressor) for easier mounting if necessary. A length of vinyl tubing between them carries the air.
I put mine in the left lower.
I had the Wolo Bad Boy, but upgraded it to the Wolo Big Bad Max yesterday.
