Default Another PCV thread!

Just bought the PCV, for 2013 street glide, already installed slip ons..... Wanting some advice on air cleaners? I like the look of the heavy breather, but am I just wasting money, or is a big sucker or a ventilator or V&H Vo2 better? Little help?

Get what you like. They will all flow more air than your engine can handle.

For me the Arlen Ness "Big Sucker 1" has been great!!
$110 new shipped to you or bought on this site for $60 used in the classifieds.

I don't think you will get anymore out of the "Heavy Breather" other than a lighter wallet. I also think it is obtrusive the way it sticks out. FWIW.

Yup and I use the S&S stealth with just as much satisfaction on this bike as I had with the big sucker on my Dyna. I just got the S&S new for 100 flat so went that brand instead this time.

Pretty much they all perform the same, each have their own little marketing twist/gimick but at the end of the day all the same except for the cost and the cover.

Price and looks are really the differences. They all flow more than most motors can handle.

I would say get whats most important to you, the look you want, or difference in cost of about $100-150 with other ACs? I love the looks of my Heavy Breather, and honestly its never been obtrusive whatsoever. I debated on this as well, but in the end, everytime I look at my bike Im glad I put the Heavy Breather on.
