I have a PV tuner and I was doing some auto tune runs yesterday and checked my codes. had a couple voltage related codes for battery overvoltage, ignition system overvoltage, accessory overvoltage... etc..
I did have my headlight go out the other day, lowbeam, and it took me a while to recognize it. I have since changed the headlamp but I was wondering if tthat might have had something to do with the electrical system freaking out a little.
I didn't notice any issues and my voltmeter stayed where it normally does, .5 way tweenst 14 and 15 volts. right where it should be.
15 volts would be too high for sure, that would be a bad regulator.
You might want to put a good meter on the battery and see what it is exactly, while holding the engine at 2000 rpms.
