Hey all, I am looking for an animal that might not exist.
I have a 2009 Street Glide, with Rinehart True duals.
On the right side of the bike underneath the frame where the trannie says
6 speed,
there is an exhaust bracket that holds the exhaust together.
Well I'm looking to see if there is a a chrome bracket for the exhaust.
I've looked and looked, I might have to go purchase another stock muffler
bracket, and take it to my chromer.
The bolts for the bracket isn't a problem, I can go to the nearest ACE hardware and match the bolts up with chrome ones.
My problem is, it takes 6 months for him to get any work completed for me, I would like to have something this summer, but that isn't going to happen.
I've chromed lots on my bike, this bracket takes away from all the upgrades I've added to my bike.

Thanks all!!
gotta give you props for going whole hog (pun intended ) but seriously? a bracket that you have to contort to see takes away from all the work that you've already done? buy a stock one, and have your chromer knock it out when he gets a chance. if it's 6 months, then the sooner you get it to him, the sooner that 6 months will end..... then you go move on to worrying about where to find a chrome elliptical rear wheel belt tensioner....
The original bracket on my 09 looked like crap after one riding season, and it was buggin me.So I bought a new one and had it powder coated black, hoping it would stay lookin good. That was a couple yrs ago and I don't know if it stayed good or not,I haven't looked at it since....lol
