Did you read this sentence that I wrote: "They are bigger than the pegs, that are now on the highway bars, and the wife says they are comfortable."...I did.

I have them as highway pegs. I like them. I don't care too much how they look, my wife tells me I have no taste in matters of style anyway.

That's nice. The mini footboards look good in your pictures. This must be an updated version as they're not the same as mine.

One a related note, when someone posts a request for feedback/suggestions they ought at least take suggestions in stride. Seems like you've been rude to almost everyone that's expressed an opinion. Not cool and generally unlikely to result in further help next time you want or need it.

And you started it all with that ^^^^ nonsense at the end of your original post...Instead of just ASSUMING that people are going to flame you, let them start and look like jerks...no need to get a jumpstart on being one yourself. After all you asked for opinions....

Yeah, apparently they are "new", or at least that's what the dealer told me.

In response to your note, my original question was posed to those who actually own these pegs, not to everyone who wants to give their opinion on how they look. I would never tell someone that a part on their bike, or their bike in general, looks "lame" (or some other description that is in fact rude), I just wouldn't put that part on my bike. Also, for some reason, people do not read the entire post, then they comment based off what they read and not what was actually written. I'm not going to just sit here and pretend like that's cool either (especially when it involves me talking things over with my wife). I do apologize if I came off as a pr1ck, but just as my signature reads, "just because you are offended, doesn't make you right."

Cheers!

The "nonsense" that you are referring was actually added yesterday after the word "UPDATE" and was not in the original post. The original post is at the top of the thread where I ask those who own these pegs what they think of them. Notice a few threads down where rootbeerking is actually the a$$hole and "flamed" me. The rest of the tone of this thread is after that comment. The "nonsense" you are referring to is in response to comments like that.
