Only thing I can say is be careful when you lower the rear. I installed the RUB 1.5 kit on my bike and then when I installed the 18" rear rim it rubbed every time I hit the slightest bump. (Almost threw gf on the back) So I took it out and this spring/summer will be installing an air ride setup.
As for the front someone mentioned an air ride for the front-Who makes this?
Pardon me for getting off topic.... a "Street King Classic" is a bike that started out as a Road King Classic, but ended up with hard bags and lowered rear suspension like the Street Glide.... thus "Street King Classic". I wondered how long it would take before someone noticed!
I lowered the rear with So-Low lowering blocks (they do not change the shock angle so you use the Road King Custom saddlebags)
The So-Lo blocks move the shocks down & back, they can't do that without changing the shock angle.

If they went straightdown that would change the angle. By moving them back as the mount drops the angle does not change. This is importatnt as there is a limited space in the cut out on the inside of theCustom's bags. The fact that they claim"Only kit for Hard Leather Bags" leads me to believe these guys got it figured out.

All I know is that I had the White Bros lowering kit and the Road King Custom bags would not fit. I changed to So-Low and they fit. I don't run the bike with the leather bags but I still have them and can put them back on if I desire.
just bought 2007 road king custom a week ago.try to get pics on soon.would like to know where to find the So-Low blocks mentioned.i'm vertically challanged so i need to lower bike by at least an inch seat height.any advice is much appreciated.
