Default tour pack question

trying to decide either a tour pack or just a back rest. i have been looking at the chopped tour pack. but does anyone know if you can put the full wrap around backrest on the chopped tour pak or do i have to go with the full size king tour pack. i really only need it when wife rides with me if it ever happens but she like the wrap around back rest i have the 4 point docking harware.

Yes, the wrap around king style backrest will fit the chopped tour pack. Keep in mind though that it will be about 4" lower than on a king pack

An option to consider (& save some $) would be the tourrest passenger backrest.

I added the Tour Pack and think it is the greatest thing in the world. I had a detachable back rest, but love the convenience of the tour pack and the bride and son both like it. It is detachable so you can still have it both ways.

Go with the full tour-pak but eliminate the rider seat and move the tour-pak way forward...

that would kinda defeat the purpose to having the wife riding with me when she didnt want to ride her own bike. i dont really need the tourpak honestly. i did not know they made a touring backreat like the one wander posted about. and if i did get one i would personally like the chopped trunk guess ill have to go to the dealer to look at the actuall size differance in a chopped and a standard tour pak. but it is good to know i can get a wrap around on a chopped trunk.
