What are some of the more popular brands of radios yall are using to replace the Harley POS, that are weather proof, and have the USB plug in up front, and still allow you to use your hand controls?

I purchased a biketronics sony system, there wiring harness plugs into your bikes harness, and have use of all hand controls. No splicing. USB, aux port, xm radio capable, Pandora. For the money a good set up.
